Since a young age Severin Getzner, our CEO, has had an affinity for electronics and disassembling processes. As Severin Getzner grew up and followed his passion for electronics and audio, he began reading up on the construction of speakers and eventually built his first own speaker.
During his electrical engineering studies at the TU Vienna, Severin Getzner started developing a concept for a unmatched slim yet powerful speaker. In 2022 Severin Getzner (on the left side) and his brother Christian Getzner (on the right side) decided that this speaker concept shall build the birthmark for the idea of SEVI as a startup.
Almost 4 years in development SEVI's speaker is now in its third prototype, ready to be released. SEVI is finetuning its business strategy, preparing to become operational within 2024. As such SEVI seeks to engage with potential partners, investors and employees, who that share SEVI's vision of becoming a leading force in the high-end consumers electronics category.
